How do you maintain your wellness and resilience ? exercise and personal challenge helps my mental wellbeing but a climb up Snowdon tested every bit of resilience I had . So many times I wanted to give up but I didn’t . We did it as a team 🌟build your resilience in Harrogate 🙌🏼
