Congratulations to Charnwood Borough Council for achieving the Councillor Development Charter Award, which was presented to Leader Cllr Jewel Miah at our AGM this morning by Cllr Kate Foale, Chair of the East Midlands Regional Employer’s Board and Cllr Martin Hill, Chair of EMC.
