slightly different from other calls

- throws if AUTH not called/failed
- throws if specified gas > forwardable gas (63/64ths remaining)
- no gas stipend for sending value (2300 gas cheaper than CALL)

is the 'authorized' context variable a new opcode, like PC?

if not, how does a contract access it, or can it not?

if yes, why isn't it included in list of new opcodes introduced?
