Driving from Ottawa to Yellowknife. Gas prices in Ontario are generally $1.53 to $1.75 per litre. Last stop in ON (Kenora) gas is $1.65. Just on the other side of the border, 20km into Manitoba, gas is $1.43/litre. Why is Justin Trudeau being blamed for high gas prices in ON?

It’s currently 11:05 pm on a perfect cool summer night in Inuvik, not far south of the Arctic Ocean, and I am in my hotel room thoroughly enjoying the joyous sounds of people playing baseball on an unlit field. Summers in the North are simply spectacular.
