Stepping in a Refugee Shoe! In the spirit of the World Refugee Day Week, we are honored to host Guests, students from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Moi University, And Amref International University who are learning first hand on what it feels like to be a refugee.

What a busy day we have, we are privileged to have a number of activities going on. Since morning our visitors have gotten hands on experience as they interacted with our students and their trainers. It has been a wonderful session sharing different ideas with our visitors.

This is how we celebrated our World Refugee Day with our fellow Refugee Led organizations and our visitors from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and partners,Amref International University and Moi University. We had a good forum discussing matters related to Refugee integration

On this day the 18th of September 2024, we were honored to host the Head of Partnership-UNHCR from the HQ Madam Francesca alongside her UNHCR Kenya colleagues who visited URC in the spirit of understanding the work of RLOs at the grassroot, and exploring venues of collaboration.

It was an interesting and heartwarming experience for our students at UMoja Refugee Creative as they got the golden chance to interact with The Head of Partnership - UNHCR from the HQ Madam Francesca alongside her UNHCR KENYA colleagues who visited URC. We are grateful.
