Schools cannot have 1000+ different approaches.

Adjustments, yes.

Most of the children in these groups actually want structure, coherent systems & clear rules. They fail to cope without.

This weekend I’ve been to numerous public places & they all have signs with some form of instruction, ruling or protocol. Heaven forbid a school should ever do such a thing.

Those that do actually take professional risk as if it goes wrong potentially it’s career over

Yet they face endless criticism from keyboard warriors

Sam Strickland It is much easier to make reasonable adjustments in a setting that has clear boundaries than to do so in chaos. Children get reasonable adjustments when things seem fair.

I find it intriguing that there’s outrage when a school/s display clear rules & expectations & transform themselves BUT no outrage when a school is chaotic, with horrendous behaviour
