Nuclear deterrence strategy relies on fully trusting guys like this to always behave “rationally”, never make mistakes and always consider the impact on people of their actions.

It’s a bad and dangerous strategy and we need to end it before one of these guys kills us all.

Reminder: These “exercises” are essentially practicing the logistics of using nuclear weapons (though they don’t consider their catastrophic consequences), and in the current environment they only compound the extremely high risk.
