Sat in the Bar Standards Board tribunal venue, at a directions hearing for a disciplinary against Dr Charlotte Proudman at which she has asked for the hearing of her strike out application to be heard in public. The judge just refused. He has also refused to hear arguments from the media.

A judge in a preliminary hearing for disciplinary proceedings against barrister Dr Charlotte Proudman has refused entry for journalists. The Bar Standards Board has begun proceedings against Dr Proudman for professional misconduct. She has applied for the case to be thrown out.

It’s such an important point that healthy professionals see themselves as being caught in the abuser’s web of destruction, being used as tools to further terrorise the main target. Everyone is a pawn in the abuser’s nefarious game. Everyone.
