Superyacht and private jet tax could raise £2bn a year. Richest 0.1 per cent in Britain emit 22 times more pollution from transport than low earners, and 12 times more than average. Polluter must pay. Also need wealth taxes, higher VAT on luxury goods. theguardian.com/environment/20…
