Two years ago today, President Biden signed the PACT Act into law. Now millions of Veterans who were exposed to toxins while serving their country are getting the healthcare services they deserve.

I was joined by Department of Housing and Urban Development PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) and Isaac, a formerly unhoused veteran, to announce new policy changes to combat veteran homelessness. Disability benefits will no longer count as income for the purpose of rental assistance and housing vouchers. This is a big win.
