Using our nucleosome acidic patch predictome (predictomes.org/view/acidicpat…), we found that the E3 ligase SHPRH binds the acidic patch. Allison James subsequently obtained the cryo-EM structure. SHPRH binds the acidic patch in the experimental structure as predicted by AlphaFold!
