Latest Desert Locust situation (Mar 2024) and forecast (to mid-May) updated on FAO Locust Watch (fao.org/locust-watch). Locusts continue to decrease on Red Sea and Gulf of Aden coast. Control ops continue. Only limited small-scale spring breeding is expected.
