A deadly storm that slammed Houston yesterday maintained some of its intensity over the warm Gulf last night as it raced eastward. It is now rapidly weakening, but will drop some light rain over us before the sun returns later today.

Clear deep ocean water with Sargassum has moved in. SE winds will feed moisture into an energetic storm coming at us from the west. Waves of heavy rain with isolated gusts over 60 , this evening thru Wednesday morning.

Even the beach going up to 92 before sea breeze kicks in. Overland near 96 the next two days feeling like 100. Some tstorms will offer relief over SE Ga. later Thursday
