I saw 79.8kg today on the scale after my run.

Haven't seen a number under 80kg in over 11 years when I was in 12th grade.

It's amazing and I'm super proud and happy 🤩

Still got belly fat and I have more work to do to be considered 'fit', but this time I feel like I'll get

Down 22cm on my waist since last year.

Also went from ~100kg to 82kg during this time.

It’s insane how big I was 😅

Currently, there are 8 step-by-step video tutorials, but I'm recording a few each week so it should turn into a pretty cool library!
