Im delighted to have work in this issue of Foglifter and you have to ignore the state of my room bc it’s terrible to be in here bc of the dead rat that died in my wall. I like the cover. The poem’s about neighbors and brain damage.

SO thrilled to be sharing space with so many brilliant writers in this issue of Foglifter !!! This prose poem is particularly precious to me - and was partially inspired by Gerard Way's graphic novel The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys (of My Chemical Romance fame)
