As cycling infra develops & public transport improves, multimodal transport becomes a fab way of getting around. Today we cycled from Tottenham-Blackhorse Road, then got the overground to Barking Riverside.

After last week's election, it's time to end the ULEZ, LTN, and Cycle Lane debate. Londoners have sent a clear message that they value clean air, cycle lanes, and LTNs and want that freedom of choice. This city is constantly evolving.

👇was on our walk from the polling station. It’s legal for the van to park like this. It’s pretty much within the lines, but it doesn’t leave much space for people.

On streets like 👇, I feel it would be much better to have parking just on one side, leaving more space for ppl.

Safe streets & cycling infrastructure makes bike travel possible 🙌

I’ve never understood the theory about emergency vehicles not being able to enter LTNs.

Today, as I was walking though the Bruce Grove LTN 2 police cars came up the road, 2 cyclists went onto the pavement, the cars went through the LTN bollards & the cyclists went on their way.

I love that Brompton Haus travels with all his kit… he is always on hand to help anyone who has a mechanical ⚙️

To make active travel a viable alternative to the private vehicle, one needs to be able to get from A-B safely.

The majority of journeys are great, it’s just unsafe junction & roads like this by Green Lanes👇which I believe put people off.

Green Lanes could be a really useful cycling route. It’s fairly flat & direct – but most people say it’s not safe enough in Haringey.

Parklets outside of school gates is a fantastic idea. Children and parents normally cluster outside the gates and it stops ignorant parents who ignore parking restrictions and park right outside the school.

If your city has a resident parking permit program, why not a resident parklet permit program as well?
