Tonight's chicken curry needed a wine that cuts through the spice without dominating.

Step forward this Paul Donaldson 'Bel Canto' riesling. Candied lemons and pure lime, with some Asian pear & apricot.

Reckon even jim dunlop would love this. Top drop.

There are enoteca then there is Cantina Comunale dei Söri di Diano d'Alba where the choice of wine is rather grand.
