The most unpredictable things Mzeei has done in this 5year term so far. 1.Appointing HonNabanjja as PM. 2.Appointing Mr Eddie Kenzo as S/Adviser. 3. Appointing Rtd AIGP who had already gone to his village,back to service as IGP. 4. Changing colour of his shirt. omugurisii ogu!
