Note: Completely removing cannabis from the federal Controlled Substances Act - descheduling - does not require that be evaluated, recognized, or classed as a medicine.

But, medicinal evaluation is a requirement of rescheduling…making it somewhat more complicated.

Imo we already have plenty of statutory enforcement power to remove fake weed products from NJ gas stations etc…synthetic cannabinoid bans were passed for K2/Spice years ago, and successfully enforced…still on the books too

Corporate cartel operators broke every promise about medical access.

Sales in some of America's most expensive regulated cannabis products are - not shockingly - slowing down.

Working class consumers simply can't afford to buy legal in New Jersey yet.

New Jersey consumers are very unhappy that the price of regulated cannabis costs double than other states, or the street.

Industry lobbyists think everything is fine in Nj…but corporate cartels abandon states when competition increases, and prices decline

I lived in Santa Fe for a decade and the border checkpoints/random stops were a constant part of life driving anywhere south of Albuquerque.

Thankfully NM’s state officials are correctly angry over this kind of stealing via feds

American doctors have zero whole-plant medicines for 'prescription' use among patients, sadly that is unlikely to change IF is moved to Schedule III.

Note - State medical cannabis programs with millions of patients require a doc's “recommendation” not 'prescription.'
