Universities would literally rather cancel all speakers and honorees at its commencement than let one (1) valedictorian who opposes genocide speak.

These are the first mass arrests to be made on campus since 1968, when the NYPD arrested hundreds of students occupying Hamilton Hall and used excessive force in detaining students protesting against the Vietnam War and the planned construction of a gym in Morningside Park.

Taking the bus down 14th St NW at 6:45 am, before the drivers have shown up, is literally such a pleasant experience and an amazing preview into what bus priority would actually give us on DC’s busiest bus corridor. 🚌
