👉¿Cómo anticoagular a una persona con OBESIDAD MÓRBIDA (IMC > 40 kg o > 120 kg)? 🆕¿ACOD? se puede considerar el uso de ACOD, con preferencia por rivaroxabán y apixabán. 🔴> 150 KG escasa evidencia 👁️ Ojo: Enoxa 40 mg/12 horas (no cada 24 h, y si IMC > 60 KG: Enoxa 60/12 h)
