The NHS is completely BROKEN😢

WASNT broken by COVID/Strikes/inflation (*delete excuse)

but by deliberate CHOICES to break it

RT if you want this/next government to make CHOICES to properly fund the NHS, staff & provide better healthcare than 👇 for the UK population

Dr Dan Poulter MP getting a bit of a hard time from some on

Little reminder of some of the excellent cross party working he did on the issues in 2022.

Deep down I truly believe he’s a good egg and passionate regarding the NHS

This post of mine from 3/52 ago aged well! 👇
From personal experience can tell you Dr Poulter is a passionate believer in NHS & provided essential cross party support in the debate, and more recently has had interventions in the PA debate. Will be an asset to Labour

Secret NHS Chief Executive David Oliver Completely understand your view David and suspect it is widespread. But 14 years is a long time and people can and do change. Whilst of course he could have changed sooner, equally unlike 3/4 of his party he has one of the safest seats there is, and polling says he would have…

Genuine question Alastair McLellan

What was the point of this tweet? An attempt to vilify The BMA +/- doctors?

An attempt to create division between the different healthcare professions?

Honestly, I would delete this if I were you. It reflects terribly on you.

I think this is a really odd position to take Alastair Alastair McLellan

As an *individual* (who is also married to a nurse) I have on many occasions 'mentioned' the dispute with nurses. More importantly, I genuinely don't know a *single doctor* that does not support all nurses in…

Alastair McLellan The RCN And this tweet so clearly demonstrates journalists desires to create tensions where there are none.

We all supported nurses on their strikes. It would be wrong to talk on behalf of them.

Alastair McLellan The RCN Does the BMA represent nurses?

What about the radiographers and unite who both rejected pay award for 23/24 and I think remain in dispute?

What about unison’s disputes up and down the country on bandings 2/3?

Are we expected to list every dispute in the health service?

It is not correct to say, as this article does, that junior doctors are the only staff group in dispute with the Government.

SAS doctors and GPs are both still in dispute.

Oh excellent. So its an extra £20bn not an extra £75bn. Easy enough mistake to make I guess?!

So with the £55bn difference, theres quite a few things that could really benefit the NHS and the health of the nation- NHS staff & would be a good start?

Dr Tony Goldstone Wes Streeting MP If services can’t look after the health of their own practitioners who deliver care then it would be a sad state of affairs. It is really important that this promise is kept.
