In my very humble opinion, the 80’s science fiction dystopian film that pegged our future closest was The Running man. It predicted the bread & Circuses of reality television, the corporate control over political and cultural narrative and the rise of populist revolt.

I'm at the lowest of the low. I cannot get lower.
