I wrote a post on how to transform the Allen Brain atlas CCF into stereotactic coordinates. However, note that the CCF was never meant as a coordinate system to do targeting in! These simple linear transformations are likely not enough for full alignment.

I was trying to make a pull request but could NOT figure out how. The button was just gone from GitHub. I was going crazy for like half an hour. Turned out I wasn't logged in.

I HAD THIS TERRIBLE NOISE IN MY EPHYS RIG SO I DID WHAT EVERYONE WOULD DO: WRAP EVERYTHING IN TIN FOIL. DIDN'T HELP. SO I STARTED GROUNDING COMPONENTS AT RANDOM. NO LUCK. THEN I FOUND THAT GROUNDING THE PROBE TO A PIECE OF WOOD MADE THE NOISE DISAPPEAR, WOOD DOESN'T EVEN CONDUCT-
