Take courage and do a Seminal Fluid Analysis. You don't have to be a Sperm Donor to know how healthy your Sperm is.

Alot of people discover first when they get married and are trying to get pregnant.
A lot of these can be managed if picked early.

How to improve your Sperm Health

-Eat Healthy food
-Cut down Alcohol, Hard drugs and Smoking ( can affect sperm count and sperm health)
-Exercise regularly
- Get enough Sleep and Rest
- Avoid very tight underpants

If you notice anything abnormal please see a Doctor.

Semen is also checked for the ph , which describes how acidic or alkaline sperm is. We want Sperm with normal ph.

Semen is checked for abnormal organisms, there are some organisms that can infect semen and cause problems.

Liquefaction- there is a time for sperm to retain its fluidity before it liquefies. This is important

A person who is pregnant & at increased risk of blood clots should see a Dr for regular health checks. The Dr can determine whether de person wud benefit frm anticoagulant medications to help prevent blood clots & PE.They can also help manage medications around de tym of delivery

Some of the most common symptoms of PE include:

- shortness of breath
- rapid breathing
- pain when breathing
- coughing, with or without blood
- increased heart rate
- lightheadedness or fainting
- sweating
- anxiety
