In this heat, Cubbon is 3-4 degrees cooler than the rest of the city, and is reminiscent of Bengaluru that used to be. Green, cool, windy. We sit for hours without a speck of sweat on our foreheads. This is no less than time travel to a beloved city before we lost it to concrete.

When we speak with readers, we find how their library mostly comprises of books written by men. Most of it is unconscious. Pop culture & patriarchy come together, shaping what we read. To repair this blind spot, we're inviting recommendations of your fav books by women. Suggest!
