I feel very fortunate to attend the IASP conference in Piran this week, I have learned so much & have been energised by all the amazing people striving to make a difference in suicide prevention. Big thanks to all those tagged for the support and care shown to me, you’re all fab!

When you’re dropped off at the airport so early the place isn’t even open 😱

Piran will be remembered fondly for many things, it has been an amazing experience but I will gladly forget these carpets 😂

What helps with recovery from suicidality in young people? Being connected, self, coping skills, autonomy, perspective, practical support-importance of connection highlighted again

Silver, a serious game to improve mental health, improved ability for young people to recognise emotions, reduced cognitive distortions, helped create understanding off connection between thoughts, feelings & behaviour
