32 today, my 10th extra birthday thanks to my donor, how incredible, a decade of birthdays that I never thought I’d get to celebrate. A particular special one this year as my nephew is old enough to sing me the cutest rendition of happy birthday and blow my candles out with me 🥰

Thanks for the messages. Quick update, my post tx hernia turned angry & painful over the weekend. Have been admitted for repair surgery this afternoon & to have mesh wall inserted. All a bit unexpected but hoping to be pain free soon! Wish me luck ❤️💛❤️ #forevergrateful
