E-bikes could be transformational. In OC, I'd guess maybe 10% of high school kids now ride e-bikes to school. They ride on the sidewalk to be safe--and police don't fine them. Let's change the laws to make this legal--especially along "stroads" too dangerous, with 55+ mph cars
