Here's what the Upstart $300m Convertible Note Offering means. $UPST TLDR I view this as favorable for the following reasons. 1.) By cleaning outstanding 2026 debt and moving it to 2029, Upstart has a lot more cash to invest into growth, marketing and product development NOW.
