Elon, fake news was posted that the triple child-killer was a Muslim illegal immigrant who came in on a small boat and was on a terror watchlist. This prompted far-right rioters to attack Muslims & asylum seekers. I haven't seen you mention/condemn any of this?

Raise safety concerns about the unsafe use of MAPs & this is how a Trust responds This attitude & systemic threats to individuals who raise concerns, places patient safety at risk. Stop hiding behind policies designed to hush concerns & start acting in the interest of patients

These 2 Plymouth rioters have been convicted of 209 previous offences + they told the police they were rioting because immigrants cost the taxpayer too much money. Judge Linford made them work out how much their offending had cost Britain's taxpayers over the last 38 years.👇🏻

Wow, imagine a doctor introducing themselves as Dr. Name Registrar or not, that doctor earned his title It’s ironic how you feel the need to put your title in your Twitter name, but then berate a doctor for using his title

Or…and hear me out here. Don’t have a recruitment process that depends on sitting next Darren in the driving test centre as he spots hazards whilst you answer questions on childhood milestones, in order to assess suitability for making people go to sleep?

So the GMC first response to the BMA scope of practice for MAP supervision (ie when the BMA did the GMCs work for them) was to ask them to retract it and to let supervision continue to be unsafe. H/T our friend Sildenafil

Removing paid breaks is not a wellbeing initiative, it's a cost-cutting measure MFT NHS   We are amazed that you are trying to impose this change after BMA reps objected. The Junior Doctor Contract you claim to want to mirror mandates paid breaks. Our LNC is on the case.

‘This King’s Fund report is important and sobering reading for all of us at the RCP. It shows how, as a leadership team, we must refocus on our core purpose – putting physicians first. ‘The report highlights an organisation that was neither listening, nor responding quickly

The NHS Trusts in London essentially operate as a cartel, banding together to artificially suppress doctors' wages. The locum pay in London is astoundingly low, and it's time to take a stand against this as a profession. NHS Trusts have been put on notice. Scrap. The. Cap.

Locked in?! Trying hard but can’t escape archaic bleep systems, computers that don’t load, hospital systems that don’t talk to each other, inefficient rotations, paper and pen, sitting on bins, sleeping on floors, bureaucratic process after process Of course we want reform
