Wonderful work on an important topic. It would be great to see a wider range of AHPs involved in the future. Occupational therapy and physio therapy have a key role in symptom and functional assessment and management which is so often overlooked.

Helping a patient fill in a 10 page (!) self referral form for a service designed for #frail older people with multiple long term conditions. They also need to do 5 functional tests. Is this #personcentred care that is cognisant of burden? How many receive it & just don’t bother?
