So apparently Lucy & Yak have started charging for refunds now... It feels like a disability tax when brands do this. Especially when a lot of my returns are bc the clothes don't work when I'm sitting in my wheelchair or there's something sensory wise that doesn't work for me.

I graduated from @UCL today with MA PPE of Health. They hadn't arranged safe wheelchair access to the stage @SouthbankCentre. They knew I'm a wheelchair user. Unlike other graduands I was awarded my degree on the floor. This discrimination is emblematic of my experience there.
