🤖 If you're visiting Kelvin Hall this week, come and see our free 'Scottish Aluminium' display.

It features some 'phenomenal' aluminium items including a Japanese 'Easel Back' toy robot on loan from Glasgow Museums and a spoon made from the wreckage of a zeppelin!

'Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond’ by Horatio McCulloch, 1846.

McCulloch's dramatic, often romantic views did much to popularise Scottish landscape painting in the Victorian era.

See it in the Art Gallery University of Glasgow.

In addition to works of art and design from all over Africa, 'The Trembling Museum' features a number of historical musical instruments. One of the first objects visitors encounter in the exhibition is this rare 19th century memel kettle drum from southern Ghana.
