In Richmond and Northallerton, Greens and LibDems have 0 chance of winning. But if about 1200 of them lend their vote to Labour, they have a strong chance of ousting Rishi Sunak. Please consider #TacticalVoting electoralcalculus.co.uk/fcgi-bin/seatd…

Robert Reed Gary Lineker I don’t have a problem with it either. Point is, Lineker said something in support of refugees, not VOTE LABOUR, outside an election, was suspended and several papers demanded his sacking. To me, it confirms that the problem was not with him expressing a view, but with THE VIEW.

I can’t help myself but I’m glad the Tories are apparently feeling absolute despair. Now they might have some idea how the rest of us have felt for years.

A reminder that there were 5,000 WhatsApp messages missing from Boris Johnson's phone when he gave it to the Covid Inquiry. Deliberately destroying evidence demanded by a public inquiry is a serious criminal offence punishable by up to a year in prison theguardian.com/media/article/…

I wonder if Question Time is going to stick to its algorithm regarding audience proportions. They've spent the past five years justifying having a propensity of Tories because of the 2019 GE result. If the polls are right, there'll be a huge majority of Labour voters now. #bbcqt

Survation poll gives the Tories 64; Lib Dems 61. I can't believe it will be quite that bad. But what happens in that scenario, if within the first year or so, by-elections mean that the Lib Dems overtake the Tories? Do they automatically take over as the official opposition?

For all the attempts to rehabilitate her since she lost power, it was blatantly obvious - even at the time - that Theresa May always put the unity of the Tory party above the good of the country.

Excited for you all to see this ITV documentary about phone hacking that we've been busy working on... I interview Prince Harry - plus others who found themselves catapulted onto the tabloid front pages. 📺 Tabloids On Trial airs on ITV1 & ITVX at 9pm on Thursday July 25

It speaks volumes for their lack of empathy that some assume that the only way a person can be invested in the fate of others or in the future of the world, is if they have reproduced and therefore have genetic skin in the game...

The lack of courage from the PM on Leveson 2 is grim. “Labour and News UK have declined to comment on claims that he reached an understanding before the election with the Murdoch family’s News UK, owner of the Times and the Sun” theguardian.com/media/article/…

We finally have a Govt who might listen now… Please sign this if you want an end to press abuse and corruption and for Part 2 of the Leveson Inquiry to go ahead… As it was always suppose to …until Matt Hancock axed it.

Maybe, just maybe, as a party leader and a Member of Parliament your source for information shouldn't be the tweets of someone awaiting trial on human trafficking and organized crime charges.
