Here’s a future silo war. Conventional type 1 diabetes management forces glucose-only metabolism and blocks ketones. Polycystic Kidney Disease responds to ketones and not glucose. What if you have both T1 AND PKD? If I had both I would go with the renal team. Helps T1 AND PKD
