Yesterday our trainer Marton Bisztrai was with Conor Fionn McKahey of Cork City FC in Carrigtwohil NS delivering our Show Racism the Red Card training for fourth class students. The kids were so engaged and had so many questions for the team leading the workshop - we love to see it!
Today Garda Info released stats showing a rise in hate crimes in Ireland in 2023. This is the second year in a row that there has been an increase.
The Hate Crimes Bill needs to be progressed urgently.
