Left common iliac aneurysm w rapid growth after coiling of internal iliac divisions & overlap VBX stenting at OSH. Aneurysm grew from type 1a, 2 & 3 endoleaks, repaired w an iliac limb stent graft and direct glue embolization of the sac and post div branches, no leak on followup.

Acute SFA thrombosis after pop stenting at OSH w stent crush on flexion. Lasercat technique w Supera relining to maintain patency w flexion.
