Emphysematous pyelonephritis from ureteral calculi, tx w/ a perc neph but complicated by ureteral perforation on retrograde stent attempt. 035 wire couldn’t cross, went 014, cracked the calculi w Shockwave Medical and stented - is there a role for IVL in treating ureteral calculi?
