Dr Rachel Clarke @gmc - we must assume that the results of the PA study as so damning for the project that you have been ordered to bury the data by NHS executive. Are you still espousing the principle of acting on concerns for patient safety or has this been burried as well?

2014 - Public consent? Was it OK for 135 Physician assistants to unilaterally impose their new “Physician Associate” title on 65 MILLION UK people? Or should Physician assistant leadership have sought wider consultation with the UK public?

Looks like New Zealand is also trying to stop the chaos around PA use Looks like PAs who pretend to be academics are being disingenuous in another country too when it comes to the value of PAs in the healthcare system. One of the key people in this project is a Birmingham PA

There are 5 generalist specialists: General practitioners, acute & gen med consultants, ED consultants, ICU consultants and paeds consultants. (And the resident Drs training to be above). PAs are not generalists and they are not specialists.
