A1: One reason people hesitate to address poor behavior is because they believe it will hurt their relationship w/the offenders & therefore their culture. The truth is it hurts our culture more when we fail to address such behaviors. #SatChat #Recalibrate

I agree it is critical to address behaviors that are not how we want our culture to be represented however I think many times we don’t address some of them due to having to “choose your battles”. But inconsistency has an effect.

A2 I’ve used the Eisenhower time management model for decades #satchat

Students take a ruler template and write who showed them kindness and how kindness was shown. Then they stick it to the board. Love how Camp Avenue Elementary has so many examples and we are only on day 1! #KindnessRules

Mrs. Sforza’s 3rd grade class had a great time working on their math fluency with multiplication. #MathandMovement We are #NMerrickProud

Our New Teacher Miniversity had a great workshop today on Communication with students, parents, and colleagues. We even had a Twitter 101 section to create PLNs! Jaclyn Guidice
