The Grenfell inquiry shows residents and first responders were failed by construction firms, central government, and the London Fire Brigade's management. We've consistently highlighted the risks of cladding since 1999, and we will continue to do so today.

The final Grenfell Tower Inquiry report details the political decisions and corporate greed which led to the tragedy. This must be a turning point for the UK's building safety regime. Matt Wrack spoke to Andrew Marr on LBC
