ISME attendees! As a late add to the #isme19 Protists session, i'll be talking about our work sequencing microbes from the Great Barrier Reef. Using Oxford Nanopore, we can consistently recover circular MAGs from prokaryotes (e.g. Pelagibacter), HQ viruses, & complete T2T euk genomes.
