Star Award: Ward 17 🌟 This team was nominated for both their care of a young boy who had recently had an appendectomy and for the support they provided to a young person with a complex mental health condition. "Every staff member we encountered was patient, kind, and caring."

Star Award: Heather Hastings 🌟 Heather prioiritised a patient with additional needs who usually found hospital visits distressing. She was sensitive to his needs and "made a huge difference", despite the busyness of the ward that night.
