So anyway I deleted this app from my phone and now only check in at night and my blood pressure has fallen from Red Rage to Fury and Anger, so... I'm counting it a minor victory.

One of my dearest friends survived some serious domestic violence. Stoic as she was, I saw the trauma of it ruin everything good in her life for nearly 3 decades. She died way too young.
