Thanks EE for ruining my autistic daughters Xmas - she’ll be waking up tomorrow without her present - despite ordering iPhone14 & promised delivery by 18th then us contacting you every day since - parcel still at DPD Durham depot - and nobody EE cares enough to send replacement
