Dr Jenny Ceolta-Smith (PhD) HCPC I deregistered in late 2019, expecting to take up different employment in 2020, but have had Covid ever since, instead. It's very much harder than you'd think not to refer to yourself as an OT conversationally, as relevant, because it's written in our DNA methinks.

Dr Jenny Ceolta-Smith (PhD) HCPC I had to de-register from The General Teaching Council for Scotland last year as forced to take early retirement from my career as a teacher thanks to Long Covid. It was hard and I am still upset about all the work that went into getting there and it all ending prematurely.
