Not my expertise but Julian Jessop (once again) highlights a generic Brexit issue:
a) The UK had lots of pre-existing structural problems pre-Brexit
b) Brexit was supposed to help solve them
c) Instead, it's mostly made them somewhat worse
d) this was predictable (& predicted)
Can't deny I'm curious as to whether anyone at Biteback Publishing will comment on Liz Truss's descent into peddling straightforward antisemitic conspiracism here.
This is completely unacceptable and disgusting.
It makes you wonder who at the The Spectator is responsible for publishing it. Fraser Nelson is that what female academics should expect when one of your team attends her lectures?
