So while today will always be a day of mourning and reflection for Americans, we’re also reminded of the bravery exhibited by those who chose to run toward danger so that others might live. May we never forget.

Today marks just 60 days until election day! I always appreciate traveling around the state and hearing from South Dakotans. And that's what we're going to keep doing these next eight weeks. I hope to see you and earn your vote.

Thanks to all of the South Dakotans in Yankton today for their hospitality at the Riverboat Days parade. Love our state.

We headed up to Aberdeen for @thebcfair. After a forum about the farm bill sponsored by the AberdeenAreaChamber, I had so much fun talking with folks that were there from across the state. And you know, I had to make a stop for one of my favorite fair foods -- a Tubby's burger! 🍔
