Please remember that mental illness exists and that psychiatric medications can be life-saving.

Enough with the pill-shaming.

We need to continue to educate about the harm of anti-psychiatry propaganda: medpagetoday.com/psychiatry/gen…

Tucker Carlson misunderstands that in everyday speech, 'theory' refers to a hunch or a speculation, but in science, it refers to a comprehensive explanation of nature.

Many scientific theories are so well-established that no new evidence is likely to change them.

E.g: evolution

I feel elated that it’s finally becoming more common knowledge that Robert Malone invented mRNA billions of years ago.

Tucker Carlson: The theory of evolution 'is not true.'

This clip highlights (a) the degree to which Tucker is scientifically illiterate (um, totally?) and (b) the depth of his arrogence.

He is deeply & fundementally wrong but states his BS with such conviction...

I’ve been discussing nutrition and exercise daily with patients in both individual and group therapy for over a decade.

Sometimes diet and exercise changes are insufficient on their own to address the complexity and gravity of mental health concerns.

Dr. Jonathan N. Stea I’d find these people laughable if they weren’t dangerous. Anyone who’s ever seen someone manic and/or psychotic can’t possibly think that’s a normal reaction to life that can be fixed with exercise & a positive mindset. It’s like trying to cure cancer with healing crystals.

Most clinical psychologists—including myself—don’t prescribe medications, so Big Pharma isn’t interested in us.

But I do support patients who benefit from their use.

Relentlessly. 😊✌️

Dr. Jonathan N. Stea Healthy people claiming they don’t need doctors is the equivalent of wealthy people saying money isn’t important.🙄

Distorting language is a propaganda tactic used in the alternative medicine community.

Example: Dis-ease

Not disease, but dis-ease, with a hyphen, meant to reduce emphasis on specific health issues and focus on the natural state of “ease” that’s been imbalanced. It’s nonsense.

Instead of taking my car to a mechanic who is funded by Big Auto, I’ve decided to take it to a car coach who isn’t tied down by pesky regulations and standards of practice.
